France coach Deschamps reveals Pogba’s next move after four-year ban

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has decided to appeal against the four-year ban that he recently received after failing a drug test following a Serie A game against Udinese in August 2023.
The revelation came from France national team coach Didier Deschamps during a recent press conference.
“I have spoken to him. Psychologically, it’s hard. The ruling was tough. He filed an appeal. So, there will be another judgement,” Deschamps said (via Football Italia).

“He will defend himself with all his strength. I don’t like to be definite about the future. Above all, I hope he can regain the pleasure of playing on the field and then find the France national team again.”
For now, it remains to be seen how the appeal process will unfold and what the future holds for Pogba.
