Abu replaces Kudus in Ghana’s squad for Super Eagles friendly

Cercle Brugge midfielder Francis Abu will take the place of Mohammed Kudus in Ghana’s squad for the friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.
Kudus opted out of the Black Stars’ squad due to injury.
The 23-year-old reportedly sustained a shoulder injury in West Ham United’s 1-1 draw against Aston Villa last weekend.

Abu will be hoping to make his debut for Ghana against the Super Eagles.
Otto Addo’s men will lock horns with their perennial rivals at the Grande Stade de Marrakech on Friday.
The four-time African champions will also keep a date with the Cranes of Uganda at the same venue next Tuesday.
